WATCH WARRANTY

Does the watch come with a warranty?

WATCHES X LAB holds the rights for watches selling under arms and has a limited warranty that covers the manufacturer's defects for two years after the original purchase date from an authorized dealer. Basically, if the watch parts or mechanics don't work properly, and it's our fault, we will repair or replace your product for free. However, this does not cover any abuse you might put your watch through on your own. The warranty does not cover water damage, normal wear and tear, batteries, accidental glass damage, scratches, strap damage, or theft. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and service requests, so please keep your receipt. If you've purchased from our site, the order number will suffice; otherwise, if you purchased via another authorized seller or retail location, you will need to contact them directly, as they handle their own warranty claims, returns, and exchanges. 

 

How do I replace my battery?

All of our watch batteries can be found at any electronic store, as well as most watch repair or jewelry shops. Any watch repair shop or Jeweller should be able to assist you with battery replacement. We don't suggest replacing the battery yourself, as it requires some special tools and could damage the watch.

 

BRACELET WARRANTY

Is there a warranty?

We don’t warrant the bracelets or accessories. We must be notified if the product arrives damaged upon delivery. Bracelets must be used and maintained appropriately. 

 

REFUND POLICY

Accept only return for damage/faulty items. 15 days allowance for the faulty item to send back from the date of receiving. You may contact care@watchesxlab.com for the return progress. 

The product(s) must be unused – in its original packaging with labels and protective stickers intact - and still in the same new condition as when the watch was received. Kindly note that after the watch has been adjusted to fit your wrist, the warranty is still valid, but you cannot return the watch.

Products purchased directly from our website must be returned to our warehouse for a return and full refund to be made; product(s) cannot be returned in a local retail store.

Kindly note that you may be subject for the shipping expenses in returning this package to us. WATCHES X LAB does not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.

For “Complimentary” items (or any free product received as part of a promotional offer) are not eligible to be exchanged and must be returned along with the other items in your order if you are returning your order for a refund. 

At this point of time, we don’t offer the service of return due to change of mind or exchange after the order placed. Please place the order correctly before checkout.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
