Return & Refund Policy
Accept only return for damage/faulty items. 15 days allowance for the faulty item to send back from the date of receiving. You may contact email@example.com for the return progress. Refund shall be made as “Store Credit" in your account after the items return to our warehouse.
The product(s) must be unused – in its original packaging with labels and protective stickers intact - and still in the same new condition as when the watch was received. Kindly note that after the watch has been adjusted to fit your wrist, the warranty is still valid, but you cannot return the watch.
Products purchased directly from our website must be returned to our warehouse for a return and full refund to be made; product(s) cannot be returned in a local retail store.
Kindly note that you may be subject for the shipping expenses in returning this package to us. Our authorised distributor - WATCHES X LAB does not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.
For “Complimentary” items (or any free product received as part of a promotional offer) are not eligible to be exchanged and must be returned along with the other items in your order if you are returning your order for a refund.
At this point of time, we don’t offer the service of return due to change of mind or exchange after the order placed. Please place the order correctly before checkout.
Receive a damaged item?
If you have received a damaged/ defected item, please reach out to our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org and they will help resolve the issue. See more warranty information on our Product Warranty page.
All items will be inspected on return. We do our best to accommodate return requests, however, in the rare event that an item is returned in an unsuitable condition, incomplete, or after the 15 days period, we will not be able to offer a refund. Refund will be made in the form of “Store Credit" in your account and you may use for your next purchase with no expiry date of it.
Once your return has been received by the warehouse and it complies with our returns policy, we will refund you by your original payment method. Please be aware that payments can take up to 7 working days to process depending on your bank or payment provider. Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping.
After we have issued the refund, it will take up to 3 business days for the funds to be placed back on your credit card or Paypal account.
